i for one was swayed by the tcup thing until i did my research when i was getting my chihuahuas and it was used to describe very small pups in ads that "some"
breeders would use to sell their pups, it happens a lot here in ireland too and is just to get more money for their pups, theamount of cxxp i listened too untill i found biancas brreder.
only yesterday i was at a big outdoor market and met a lady with a very small chi, they were so proud to be calling her a toy, my husband just gave the "LOOK" not to lecture hahaha
