I am having the same issues with Bailey's groomer. It is soooo frustrating!!!!

I have decided that my groomer is not grooming Bailey on every visit??? I can tell the difference. Bailey is perfect when Kristi does it; otherwise, she gets shaved. I'm angry that the other groomer (Mary) is handling my dog - Mary was the first one to groom Bailey and it was an AWFUL experience.

I have all the tools to groom Bailey, but I am scared of the nails too.

So, I think I'll do it myself next time and get her nails cut seperately.
