Well, I know the subject is funny, but not if it's your pooch. My friend had a Chihuahua with a mega-winkie that hung out all the time. Seriously...he was hugely hung.
She basically ignored it and laughed about it...Buddy gave it the occasional lick and that was that. For years! He never suffered from it, and she didn't care. My friend is quite laid back. Maybe we make too much of this stuff because we find it embarrassing...you know??
