I think that is awful, and YES, that sounds like the definition of a BYB. That makes me so sad for her dog.

I was talking to a cab driver the other day, and he said he had three dogs, one of whom had NINETEEN puppies in one year!! He said that after that, they got her spayed. Um, yeah!

I feel like people love their animals and we shouldn't need laws because we should all just be able to use our common sense... and then I hear stories like these, and I wonder. Sigh.
