 someone in nursery needs help!!!!!!!!

If someone could please help me out with this. My female is due to have her puppies her temp was at 99.7 on thursday night 99.3 on wednesday night and now today her temp is 98.3. I know that the temp will go down when she is ready with in 12 hours but i dont know why her temp is low and keeps going lower this is not her first litter. Her temp has always when down but not over a period of 3 days. All she wants to do is sleep right now and she is not digging in her box.
