Sounds like a normal yorkie puppy to me! Harley was and still is sometimes the same way. He's only 7months old and still likes to nip once in a while. Since your little darlin is still a baby he is probably teething and is fascinated by chewing of any kind. Its normal natural behavior but it never hurts to try and cut it short! There are different kinds of bitter apple type sprays you could use to make your hands taste icky to him or on anything else he might bite.
