I am just a little to old now to go to the pediatric dentist, but the one that I went to didnt allow the parents to go back until the end. But really when me and my sister were back there we were to busy with the toys and video games to worry about where our mom was. Up until I was like 17 and my mom told me...I never knew I was being given a shot to numb my mouth, I always thought it was just the gel they rubed on my gums. We had a great Dentist!!!! But now I expect the shot with the "grown Up" dentists!
