I'm glad to say that the vet aid her hormones were a little low, but she's very healthy and gave her fatty acids to aid in her coat coming in fuller and told me to be patient since the prob is most likely coming from the "bluecoat" trait on her sires side and sometimes is very slow to grow. So we'll sit back and let the meds do their magic for now. Thanks for all the positive feedback and advice!
