It has nothing to do with the puppy itself and everything to do with the enviroment puppy is coming from. Those breeding pairs...are condemned to spend their entire lives in cages and bred over and over and over. I will never ever advise anyone to support this type of breeder.
There is not one single picture of any adult of any breed on that website....it doesn't take rocket science to figure out why.
