Are you aware that she is too young to be vaccinated? Puppies get maternal antibodies from nursing that block the first vaccines if they are given too soon after weaning. At six weeks old, she only has a 25% chance that a vaccination would have any effect. The first vaccination shouldn't be given before about nine weeks when the ability to respond rises to about 40%.
Breeders who sell puppies too young will just go ahead and vaccinate anyway just to say the puppy has had "shots". Not only does this leave the puppy totally unprotected from deadly puppy diseases, it means she will need an extra set of vaccinations as the final set should be given between 16-18 weeks for full immunity. Over vaccinating can cause all sorts of health problems, both short and long term.
