The ONLY recommendation I could offer if you are set on going ahead with your travel plans is to perhaps contact your Breeder and see if you can have her keep your baby till your return. That would be the ONLY person I would trust with a new puppy especially at 9-10 weeks which, honestly is too young to even have been away from its Momma. 
At first when I read your OP, I was thinking your Daddy was awnry like mine...lol...but, now that I see your puppy's age...you've got one very smart Daddy and I have to side with his stand on NO puppy visit! 
As others here have mentioned all the risks to your puppy traveling at such a young age...I wouldn't even think of taking a chance like this.  Hugs |
