I get it from her Vet. I believe it can be used on pups 8 weeks or older--they have very weight-specific dosages (when Stella was only 4 lbs, they had her on a puppy/5lb and under dose, once she gained weight, they put her on 5-10 lbs), which I like because it's less of a range than some of the others, so she's getting close to the exact amount she needs rather than the dose for a dog twice her size!
It's about $12 a month from my Vet, but supposedly there's a promotion for buy 6 months, get one free right now because we got 7 for the price of 6 last time. In my opinion, it's a good deal either way because you don't have to give heartworm and flea preventative since it's all in one. Vet also said she doesn't see nearly as many reactions to Revolution as she does to other flea/heartworm meds. |
