There is currently a class action suit going against Banfiled.

In terms of saying "they are probably good enough for routine things" a NUMBER of people have had dogs have bad reactions to even simple vaccinations.

The comments about the botched tail docking are classic: they are all nice when they are TAKING your money, but, if you have any problems and try and get them to admit it, well...not so great. And there was someone here on the list who's mother's dog died, I believe, as a result of bad treatment by the vets.

RUN.

Seriously, these people are butchers. You can not possibly have this many lawsuits if you were above board, not to mention you still have to PAY YOUR ENTIRE CONTRACT if your dog dies??

Crazy.
