RUN, don't walk away from Banfield.

If you have to move, or your dog dies (even if they kill it) you are still responsible for the plan.

there are a TON of BBB looking into Banfield. I would never, under any circumstance EVER take a dog, particularly a toy breed, to them.

My friend was a vet student and did some time in a Banfield facility, she said if all vets were like that she would leave the profession. They hire the least qualified, right out of school vets and abuse them for several years until they leave, their tech staff is worse than that.
