If you think he ingested some of the fiberfill from the toy, if I were you, I would get him to the vet right away. My friend had this happen to one of her babies and she almost died. The vet explained that some of the fiberfill used in toys, will act like a steel wool pad in the intestine, scratching as it goes through ... this is what happened to her baby. She was pooping and throwing up blood. I'm certainly not saying that this is happening to your baby ... just was reminded of what happened to hers. Sometimes it requires surgery and sometimes they can give it time to pass through the system. Hope your baby will be OK.
