Chattiesmom makes them. They are kinda like a long fleece tube, and you fold the sides down to the height that you want. Missy LOVES her, she burrows right into it, and I know many other members are very happy with theirs (btw her silk leash and harnesses are THE BEST too). It just kind of gives them their own space so they don't wander around the bed. I always worry about Missy jumping or falling off, but she knows her spot in her Napsak and just stays put. It also keeps them warm if you are worried about your a/c. I often tuck Missy in with her own little blankie in her Napsak and she'll end up wiggling out of the blankie because the Napsak alone keeps her plenty warm.
