We have one of each. Bailey is our girl who is 9.5 pounds & her ears are up all the time (except when she's made or in trouble). Buster's ears are HUGE and are not up all the time (he's 11.5 pounds). My User ID picture is from when they were 6 months old & both their ears perked up when I was attempting to take a pictire & I was lucky enough to get the shot! I think they were about 4 1/2 months old before their ears came up. I did not use anything to change their ears, just kept them free of "extra" hair (we groom them at home).
