I called to make his appt to get his tail docked this morning, and was advised that the vet will do him (as they agreed to when we were there on Tuesday)... however, they will no longer be docking tails as it has been deemed "animal cruelty". So where does that leave us who desire to show? Doing it ourselves? Will we soon be fined for animal cruelty by trying to adhere to the AKC standard?

I live in Michigan and just had my puppies done on the 10th and as far as I know they still do it.
