Sorry I haven't been able to post back, I have been having major computer troubles. I found the baby's mama. The baby's name was Missy, and her owner called us the next day and said that her dog was hanging out of the window of the car, and when she turned the corner the dog fell out.
She stopped and looked for her, but she was gone. The poor thing was so happy to see her mama. Thank you all for your help!!!
