Could be, then again it could be she ate too fast and too much. Did she vomit up everything? Her tummy just might be upset from diapering those pups. Keep an eye on her. Take her temp, if it's below normal could be a bit of enteritis......How are her poops? Try feeding her again in a couple of hours. If she repeats the vomiting, I'd call your vet.
Is there anything else unusual about her behavior?
