My parents have two and my sister who still lives at home has one. I got married over a year ago and moved out just before the wedding. I had Roxie then, and it was a huge debate- but they didnt seem to mind after the fact because I took her everywhere with me and took good care of her at home. Back in March we added Ryder and my parents thought that was an awful decision, but Roxie has done so much better having him around and he has been the best puppy ever.

We have now decided to add another pup and I was talking with my mom about it on the phone the other night and she went on this tangent with my dad about not bringing them all over. The way they were talking was as if I was still living at home. I just told them that this was our decision and that we think it is a good one- and we were getting him anyway.

It is funny though because although they dont like that we have the two they act like they are grandbabies- babysitting, buying goodies all the time, and my goodness my dad is just plain hilarious with them. So in the end it will all work out!
