No first hand experience, but looking at the site, there are several red flags--purposely breeding dogs to be extremely tiny, breeding multiple breeds and mutts, multiple litters in a short amount of time, breeding non-standard Yorkies.
Far too many red flags, IMO.
I would keep looking.
