I've used it on skin...specifically to stop paw licking. (It worked very well.) Dunno about his fine winkie, though. *ahem* That has to be fairly delicate.
I'm thinking the sheath alone might do it. The stuff has an odor that might discourage further oral investigation on Ralphie's part....
