I was thinking the same thing...intestinal blockage. This is a similar symptom even in humans with a blockage...I can hardly stand to imagine it (ack!)
Did the OP say if her Yorkie was a puppy? They are notorious for ingesting the contents of stuffed toys after gutting them.
