Tessie loves swimming in my parents pool. We started by sitting on the top step with her so that she could get her feet wet and cool off. Then we would hold her and walk around with her. Then we would let her go and she would swim to us. She automatically knew how to swim.
I've tried 2 different life jackets, but they are both too heavy for her. When we let go of her she tips forward, but she swims perfect without the life jacket. She is about 3 lbs and I've tried the XXS size in both. |
