Time to find the closest emergency vet. I do not think this situation should wait til morning. Try calling your vet at home if you have to. White gums are a very bad sign. Throwing up feces (unless they were just eaten and come back up) is also a dangerous situation which can be the result of a bowel obstruction. So, if you know your pup to be a feces eater, I would not be nearly as worried. But if not, and the feces-like throw up is coming from the GI tract because of some obstruction, emergency care is needed.
