We got us a 13 wk old yorkie that refuses to go on the pee pads, i take him outside and walk around the yard with him still nothing , He waits till he is back in the house and hits the carpets everytime , I don't know what i am doing wrong. I know he is a little thing but what elese can i do to help with the potty training , this is the only problem i have with him .
He is eating well , drinking well, playing well , just not pottien well
