Hello! I found this forum in search for all the Yorkie info I could find!! We have added a Yorkie baby to our family just yesterday!! He is so adorable and very loving!!

I found him in a local ad and had great communication with the owner for almost a week, she told me that he would be ready to go to his new home this past weekend and in my excitement I didn't even bother to ask how old he was...ugggh....what was I thinking.....anyway, I had just assumed that he was at least 10 wks because everywhere that I had read and researched 10-12 wks is the best time to separate them from the litter.

I drove 2 hours to get him, it was then I was informed that he was only SIX weeks old. Now don't get me wrong, I absolutely LOVE Yogi (that is my yorkie baby's name) but to be completely honest I have been so worried that Im not feeding him enough, giving him enough water, and so on. I probably have absolutely nothing to worry about but he is so tiny!!

Any advice on raising a six week yorkie puppy would be greatly appreciated!

I have attached pics of my precious tiny bundle of joy, Yogi!! We look forward to meeting you all!!
