I did overlook what happened > the bite accusation. The lanlord could have given you a 3days notice by law. Either get rid of Riely or evict. So 5 days was nice IMO. I've recieved 3 days before because of a cat. The landlord let it slide, however then anther tenant got one too and pointed out I had one, so I got busted . I was so upset . This was long before I was approved for a service dog.
Having a dog who supposedly "bit" a person is good cause for not allowing the animal back on the premisis. Best thing to do IMO, it to look for anther low income/subsidized housing and move. Then start over , request a service dog through your medical DR's and go from there. I am very sorry .
