If he's anything like Roxie he likes to jump up to people to say hello. I'm sure that's all he was doing. I know when I have shorts on even when her nails are clipped they can scratch a bit. He didn't know the woman was a biatch because he's never encountered anyone else that doesn't like him. You probably will be better off in a place where hopefully there aren't more of her around.
