Okay so now there has been a change...

She gets the urge to go out...Her stool is about pea sized now and very soft if anything at all. She came in and left a spot of blood on my shirt. Upon inspection, her vulva is bloody.

So now I wonder if she's in heat. This is really stressful. She doesn't look sick but she looks lethargic. She's alert but has no appetite. My husband says she did this about 18 months ago with her heat cycle. Is he right? I hope so!
