You did a great job at trying to inform this person. It is sad that people feel that they need to see everything first hand, especially in situations like this, to believe it. Sometimes, especially dealing with living creatues, word of mouth should be enough. In his / her response, they stead-fastly defended Jeff Danes and did not seem to even acknowledge some of the information that you gave them. It sadly seems as if this person has full developed their own opinion and is not willing to listen to anything that does not support it. As sad as it is, the only way this person will probably come to realize just what they are dealing with is by purchasing a puppy from him and going through everything themselves. They stated that their mother bought two puppies a year ago and that they have no health problems. I truly hope that they never do, but the truth of the matter is that so many problems don't develop until years later. Again, you did a great job! Keep on trying to inform those who are blind to what goes on in the puppy world. You might not (and probably won't) get through to this individual, but there are so many people out there who are willing to listen to the advice that knowledgable people have to offer.
