My mother started drinking ensure a year ago. The docs told her that she would have to have a certain procedure every 4 months for the rest of her life. After starting the ensure the doc said he didn't understand but she wasn't going to need the procedure the last 2 times she saw him.
She swears by the stuff.
Also we had a little girl on a feeding tube in daycare and what we had to feed her was Pediasure. The kids version of ensure. My yorkie has had some of that before when she was under the weather. She really likes the strawberry flavor.
