Quit reading the negative info!!! Yorkies are lovely dogs and make the best pets. Some (NOT ALL) can be snappy, but obedience school deals with that. You paid what he was worth to you, therefore you did not pay too much. Cost is relative. If he is sweet now, then he will be sweet for the most part...but not even you have all good days so give him a break on the bad days and also remember he (like you as an adolescent and teenager... will have his time of rebellious adjustment, then like you and everyone else he settles down!!
Take him to obedience school or train him at home that will eliminate any potentially negative behavior or at least make them manageable... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...
