I would stay away from the flavored yogurts - use only plain, non-fat. The Greek yogurts are excellent. (i,e, Fage)
My dog was doing this also and I thought it was related to food. But after a 2 day stint in vet hospital to remove 3 plant pods he has not thrown up since. I am now thinking that he had the obstruction and it was causing the throw-up.
