Ok, I must be a goober but I can't find on the link where the recipe is? I see what her recommendations are for supplements, fruits, veggies, meats, etc. but I don't see an actual recipe. Do you just have to make it up as you go?? I need an actual recipe that says 4 chicken wings, one egg, 1 tsp. this or that, etc. Does that make sense???
Maybe I am just making this too hard.
