1. If her teeth are coming out she can be swallowing them or they are getting vacuumed up
2. Heat can start anywhere from 6 months old- smaller females takes longer.
3. When something falls I would leave it, let her try to get it (only if you know its not going to hurt her) then I would make a loud noise to startle her and tap her on the nose. Keep doing this and she will be too afraid to get into things that are not given to her (kinda like children get scared with its 'hot').
4. I would try holding onto the bully stick and first act like you are eating it, making her stay away until you (the pack leader) gives it to her. I would also not completely give it to her I would hold it and then pet her to get her used to hands being near while chewing and just stay calm.

I also wanted to say with regards to her teeth and heat. I would take her in to your vet immediately because she could go into heat at any point in time- I also would also have him look at her teeth and see if any are coming in and ones that arent falling out.
