Wink

lets see how much help i can give:

1 - do not worry about her swallowing her own teeth, i never heard it would hurt and most of us never find their lost teeth anyways, odds are that they swallowed it ... lost it... we vacuumed it...
2- heat can happen anywhere between 7 to 12 months... 16 months... since we never know and it is better to be sure than to be sorry , i always recommended the spay at 6 months for our adoptive families. Everyone seems to be very happy and i never was reported otherwise. they can give rabies right there and they will remove any retained baby teeth at this age. You should be fine.
3- bully sticks- not the first time i heard they trigger aggressive behavior. Vets DO NOT RECOMMEND them. I do not either. my fear also is swallowing a piece and that may cause "intussuception" ( i may have spelled that wrong...) and blockage of the intestines... very serious condition that need emergency intervention by surgery and can lead to death! No bully sticks, rawhide, pig ears.... none of that, plenty of rope toys!!! squeaky toys... you will find substitutes.
4- trading a bad thing for a good thing ( treat) is not the best training method! Show her you are the boss!!! do not show fear !!! She is not able to hurt youy and you need to stop the bad behavior while you can !!!

XOXO
Good Luck !!!
