So as I went home today on lunch to check in on my furbutts I saw one of the most irresponsible things a pet owner could do. There, on the second floor of my building was a dog on the balcony sticking his little head off the side barking at passer-bys. The dog was a pug. He was small enough to where if he wanted to, he could wiggle through the little space his head was protruding from!! The owner was yelling at him to stop barking, I could hear from inside the apartment. The weather here right now is really hot and humid. What in the hell is this woman thinking? Even if he was on a leash he could wiggle through and hang himself!! I live on the 2nd floor as well and my DH and I don't even let Marley or the new lil guy on the balcony with us! This lady is the same lady that offered to watch Marley while we were at work because her little 1 1/2 year old boy likes dogs! Yeah right lady in your dreams!! Sometimes I get soo angry with dumb people. It's hot, humid and your dog could hang himself. Do you not see the red flags?? Some say ingnorance is bliss. I sayits fatal!
