I've always read/heard double the 12 week weight. I also just recently read that at 4 months they are considered 60% grown, so I suppose you could do the math there, too.

Doubling the 12 week weight would put Gracie at about 2.4 lbs. as an adult. (She's 2 lbs. now at 4 months, but at 3 months she was about 1.2 lbs) Figuring it the other way, adding 40% to her current weight, she'd be 2.8 lbs. fully grown, so it's fairly close any way you figure it!
