Are you thinking of the ones marketed to humans? Like the Philips sonicare? (Pretty sure that one is over $100.) I think there are a couple people who use the cheap ones on their dogs here (ran across some mentions of them when I was searching) but I haven't personally found any that would be quiet enough to not freak Winston out. (I know mine scares the dickens out of him when I use it on me! lol)
