omg please do not use clorox wipes that is highly toxic and anything you put on the skin goes into the blood stream. Please take to a dermatologist and they will do cytology and send out to lab to get exact bacteria infection this is and get the correct antibiotic you need to kill this. It is a staph infection most likely -- does it look like anything in my pics?

go get some nutiva coconut oil at whole foods or lassens- give 1/4 tsp one time a day. Also buy dr bronners mild unscented baby shampoo from whole foods and wash in that weekly --- this is either a fungal infection or staph infection

did your vet ever give you antibiotic simplicef? That and keflex work for staph infections but at this point i would get them to send to lab cytology and get exact antibiotic.

also go get some dds plus probiotics from vitamin shop and give 2 capsules on a plate 30 min before food to add good bacteria into the digestive tract to fight off the bad bacteria.

what are you feeding? Healing the dog from the inside out is very important. Your vet is trying to mask the symptoms and not getting to the bottom of it and cause. Temarilp will help with itchiness so when you go to dermatologist get temarilp to give 1/2 tab every other day until this is all resolved
