I just think that if the op sues then she better be willing to give the pup back. The judge will either find the deal is null and void and she will get her money back and give the pup back or keep the pup and get nothing monitarily back. She will have to prove fraud. It can be very difficult. Lesson learned!! I agree sometimes you luck out and get what you pay for sight unseen and sometimes you don't, But if you are looking for specifics it's best to see before you buy.
