I think what the problem is is that the OP was lied to about the current weight of the puppy. Yes she wanted a smaller yorkie, which is why she paid more money for this one. The day before the puppy was shipped to her the breeder told her it weighed 1lb 10oz and then a day later when she received said dog it weighed 2lbs 6oz. A dog does not gain 12 oz in a day. She was lied to about the current size of the yorkie so that the breeder could charge more. THAT is the problem the OP is having. I don't think its because she wanted a 2 lb adult because i'm pretty sure she realized that it was going to gain more then 6oz in the next few months. The OP is mad that she was lied to and paid more for a puppy that was suppose to weigh less. Now she is asking what she can do about the misrepresentation of the puppy.
Its true that adult weigh cannot be exactly determined when purchasing a puppy. However a lot of yorkie puppies DO follow the growth chart and most times the smaller the puppy is the smaller it will be as an adult. So by thinking she was buying an almost 5 month old puppy that only weighed a little more then 1.4lbs she could assume that the puppy wasn't going to weigh more then 3lbs. This puppy however, she says is already taller then her other dogs which are older then him so he will probably weigh.
That is what i got out of her posts. No where does she say that she doesn't want him or doesn't like/love him. She is just upset that the breeder lied to her which is perfectly understandable and she wants to know what she can do about it.
To the OP, i'm sorry this happened. I'm not sure how you would go about reporting her but i hope you are able to work something out with her and get some of your money back since your puppy was misrepresented.
