I'm going to try and not repeat what others have already said, you got some good advice already. I just want to ask, if you already had three "teacups" shouldn't you know better?

Also as far as the weight being scratched out, that can happen. Just the other day when I took Uni to the vet, the tech weighed her, and she said 4.8 as she wrote that in Uni's file. I said "what? no way", so we weighed her again on another scale and she said 5.1. So she proceeded to scratch out the first weight and put in the second weight, b/c I know Uni is over 5 lbs.

Anyway, be glad that since you bought online, and from kijiji at that, that you didn't get a half dead parasite infested pup. You should consider yourself very very lucky.
