I was wondering if anyone uses the Petosan electric toothbrushes?

Winston isn't all that keen on tooth brushing. We're still working on it, but I was hoping I might be able to find something that might be a little more effective in the time that I actually do manage to brush his teeth for.

Right now we're using the old fashioned kind (with a toothpaste he loves lol) and the petz4life gel. Is the petosan toothbrush as quiet as they claim? I am really interested in giving it a shot, but if they aren't quiet I am not sure I want to spend $20 on something I will never be able to get anywhere near his mouth.
