Sounds like what my Trixie had a few weeks ago. She was in the hospital for 2 nights. If she has a fever then she has an infection somewhere. My Trixie was on IV and antibiotics. They said they thought it was pancreatitis but I still don't think it was. She is only 10mo and was not throwing up or had diareah at all. After getting IV fluids and antibiotics she came home and has been fine ever since. Her fever got up to 105 at one point. Wouldn't eat or drink. I'm sure there is someone here who might be able to direct you. If he doesn't get better in your opinion. I would bring him back to the vet. You know your baby best.
