If someone says OBO it means The asking price OR best offer. I think with these types of situations people say the most they would LOVE to receive and then they are open to the highest offer that is closest to their asking price. I mean I sell things around my city sometimes and I will put firm and people will ask. Sometimes you need to bargain. I have seen things that are priced WAY TO MUCH and I WILL offer less, who knows what someone will say. I don't think theres anything wrong with makng offers. But I do understand a bit what the other ladies were talking about. You ladies I am sure breed your dogs properly and follow the ethical rules, this lady seems to just be doing it for the $$ and she probably doesn't really care where he goes .
