I'm not an "experienced" breeder, but without seeing your vet it's a guessing game for a while. Signs are vulva staying somewhat swollen, nipples staying prominent, a filling out or firmness on the belly area. Some say they are more needy or loving, also may have appetite loss or vomiting in about the 3rd or 4th week. But still, you're just guessing.
Between 28-32 days along is when you can take her in to the vet & have them palpitate her abdomen to determine for sure if she is pregnant so that you can quit playing the guessing game and know for sure. How do I know all of this? Well I had one litter a couple of years ago & have been reading up on it all the time. Also, I am playing that guessing game right now too with my girl.

You have a vet appointment today? Good for you, hope you get the news you want to hear. How long has it been since she's been bred? You won't detect movement from the pups until the last week or two. Heartbeats....maybe a little sooner? Someone else may be able to answer that question more accurately for you.
