Does you dog have ticking on her tummy? Or inside her mouth? That is that true indicator of the piebald gene. Check her toes too....biewers toes and nails are usually pink with clear nails...and occasionally a freckled toe with a black nail.
Very interesting info. I googled "dogs with ticking on their tummy" and got a whole lot of info on piebald gene. Thanks. I had no idea.

BTW, just curious but would a cross between a Maltese and Yorkie have this ticking show up on the tummy?
